General Instructions for Using Online PDF Forms
Common QuestionsI can't get the forms to come up!Make sure you have installed Acrobat Reader on your computer. Just downloading the installation file is not enough; you must double-click it to run the installer before you can view PDF files. Oftentimes, you must reboot your computer after running the installation program as well. I can view the forms, but they do not print correctly. Most printing problems are the result of using an old version of Acrobat Reader. If you have problems printing, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader, install it, and try again. The current version of Acrobat Reader (as of Nov 26, 2007) is 8.1.1. Why do you use Portable Document Format (PDF) for your forms?Using PDF format for our forms enables everyone to have the opportunity to view the forms as they were designed. Users do not need to purchase special software; the Acrobat Reader software is available to everyone as a free download. In addition, PDF documents are readable on both Windows and Macintosh platforms. For more information on the advantages of using PDF documents, please visit Adobe's web site. |
